Jelan Clinic is an aesthetic and plastic surgery clinic in Istanbul, Türkiye. We support patients travelling from different countries in organising their medical care.
How we work
Every case follows the same path, with no shortcuts:
- First contact — you send us the basic information.
- File preparation — we organise your information for the medical team.
- Medical assessment — our specialised medical team reviews your situation.
- Written plan — you receive a document setting out what is included and what is not.
- Decision — the decision to proceed is yours, with no pressure.
Our role
Our work is coordination: gathering your information, organising it, passing it to the medical team and following up. We do not diagnose and we do not decide on your behalf.
Medical questions — “am I suitable?”, “what are the risks in my case?” — are addressed to our specialised medical team.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee a specific result.
- We do not say a procedure is risk-free.
- We do not give a final price before the medical assessment.
- We do not decide for you.
A clinic claiming otherwise is not doing you a service. You deserve to know the limits before you commit.
For international patients
We help with the practical organisation of your stay: arrival, transfers, accommodation, interpreting and follow-up. The length of stay depends on the procedure and the medical assessment, and is confirmed in writing before any booking.
